Town of Glen St. Mary 

The Town of Glen St. Mary held the regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall with Council Members Davis, Foster, Reneau, and Rhynehardt present.  Mayor Juanice Padgett presided over the meeting and Council Member Davis opened the meeting with prayer followed by the flag salute. 

Minutes:  Consideration – Approval of minutes of November 19, 2013 – Regular Monthly Meeting and Workshop held on November 19, 2013:  On a motion by Councilman Rhynehardt, second by Council Member Davis, the Board voted to approve the minutes as presented. (Vote 5-0) 

Mayor Padgett told Council she would be asking Council individually for their yea or nay to make it clear on the vote count.

Policy Agenda Items:

A)    2014 Holiday Schedule - On a motion by Councilman Rhynehardt, second by Councilman Reneau, the Board voted to approve the 2014 Holiday Schedule as presented. (Vote 5-0) 

B)    Review Prior Month’s Expenditures (Check Register). – Councilman Foster asked about several line items on the profit & loss report.  He pointed out that Professional Services, Fees to Macclenny, and Postage are all over budget.  Mayor Padgett explained most of it is due to the budget set up in the computer, which can be adjusted.  Most of the charges fluctuate and then even themselves out over a few months time. Council had no other questions about the prior month’s expenditures.

On a motion by Council Member Davis, second by Councilman Rhynehardt, the Town meeting was adjourned at 7:07 P.M.
