After the title was read, Mayor Padgett asked if there was anyone from the public that had any questions or comments. A representative from Glen Church was present and voiced concerns for the drainage in that area. He stated there is already a problem in that area and asked if the property was raised up to build homes, where is the water expected to go. Mayor Padgett reassured everyone present that this issue had been discussed at the last meeting and maintenance workers had worked on correcting some drainage problems in that area in the last several months. She added that she rode down that way over the weekend and saw water flowing in the ditches. She rode the area again on Monday and only saw about three inches in the bottom of the ditches, but said the ditch is three inches lower than the culvert there. Mrs. Chandler asked if there would culverts at each home. The property owner, Mr. Brian Rauch stated there would be a separate culvert for each home.
