Policy Agenda Items:
A) Review Prior Month’s Expenditures (Check Register) – Council had no other questions about the prior month’s expenditures. Mayor Padgett told Council the Profit & Loss is aggravating to look over. Some funds come in one month and goes back out the next month.
Mayor Padgett told Council they have not completed the sewer project. We have not done the walk through. They put in a pump at the plant and they still have electrical work to be done. There are a few things on the punch list. Councilman Foster asked who would be doing the walk through. Mayor Padgett responded that it would include the engineer, the contractor, Matt and herself. Mayor Padgett addressed the manholes and said Florida Infrastructure will have to go and put a collar around them. They have sprayed grass seed, but now we need water.
Mayor Padgett then told Council this is the first week in quite a while that we have had a little breathing room in the office to start getting a few things together. We will be doing some workshops.
On a motion by Council Member Davis, second by Council Member Hodges, the Town meeting was adjourned at 7:05 P.M.
