The Town of Glen St. Mary held the regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at 7:07 P.M. at the Town Hall with Council Members Davis, Rhynehardt, and Reneau present. Councilman Foster was unable to attend the meeting due to having a heart procedure. Mayor Juanice Padgett presided over the meeting and Council Member Davis opened the meeting with prayer followed by the flag salute.

Minutes: Consideration – Approval of minutes of January 21, 2014 – Regular Monthly Meeting: On a motion by Councilman Rhynehardt,, second by Council Member Davis the Board voted to approve theminutes as presented. (Vote 4-0)

Policy Agenda Items:

A)    Review Prior Month’s Expenditures (Check Register) – Council had no questions about the prior month’s expenditures.

Councilman Reneau brought up a problem with Mr. Brent Whitney.   Councilman Reneau explained there is a septic tank servicing a duplex owned by Mr. Whitney, but located on property owned by Councilman Reneau. Councilman Reneau said the septic tank is overflowing into a ditch behind the duplex and smells terrible. Mayor Padgett responded by saying she would call Terry Graham and see what could be done.

On a motion by Councilman Rhynehardt, second by Council Member Davis, the Town meeting was adjourned at 7:10 P.M.
