The Town of Glen St. Mary held the regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall with Council MembersDavis, Foster, Hodges, and Rhynehardt present. Mayor Juanice Padgett presided over the meeting. Council Member Davis opened with prayer followed by the flag salute.

Minutes: Consideration:
Approval of minutes of February 16, 2016 – Regular Monthly Meeting: On a motion by Councilman Foster, second by Council member Davis, the Board voted to approve theminutes as presented. (Vote 5-0)
Policy Agenda Items:
Vote to Allow County to Erect Signs within the Town Limits on County Road 125 and Highway 90 Dedicating it as “Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway” - On a motion by Councilman Foster, second by Councilman Rhynehardt, the Board voted to allow the County to erect signs within the Town limits on County Road 125 and Highway 90 dedicating it as “Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway” as presented. (Vote 5-0)
Review Prior Month’s Expenditures (Check Register) – Council had no questions about the prior month’s expenditures.
Councilman Foster asked about the land problem that has been referred to the Attorney to have a title search performed to see who owns the property in question. Attorney Bense responded saying the land title company he generally uses is too busy. A second company he contacted felt it would be too expensive. He told Council he will probably end up using someone in Jacksonville. A normal title search only goes back twenty to thirty years. He assured Council he will find someone to get it figured out.
Council member Davis motioned for the Town meeting to adjourn at 7:05 P.M.
