Town of Glen St. Mary 

The Town of Glen St. Mary held the regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at 7:03 P.M. at the Town Hall with Council Members Davis, Foster, Reneau, and Rhynehardt present.  Mayor Juanice Padgett presided over the meeting and opened the meeting with prayer followed by the flag salute.

Minutes:  Consideration – Approval of minutes of September 18, 2012 – Regular Monthly Meeting:   On a motion by Councilman Rhynehardt, second by Council member Davis the Board voted to approve the minutes as presented. (Vote 5-0) 

Policy Agenda Items:

A)    Report from Code Enforcement Officer. – Code Enforcement Officer, Donna Loadholtz told Council she sent two courtesy letters out in hopes to have compliance without the expense of sending certified letters.  She has noted several other properties that will require the certified letters to be sent out, of those are two parcels that are foreclosures.

B)    Review Prior Month’s Expenditures (Check Register). – Council had no questions about the prior month’s expenditures.

Councilman Rhynehardt asked if the Town has hired a part-time maintenance employee.  Mayor Padgett responded she has hired Matthew Torgerson.  He will be working two days a week, but worked three days this past week due to the storm debris.

On a motion by Councilman Rhynehardt, second by Council member Davis, the Town meeting was adjourned at 7:12 P.M.
